Milled Chairside Restorations (CEREC)
DDA 100
Ideal for dental assistants looking to expand their role in modern dental practices through hands-on experience with milled CAD/CAM restorations.
This foundational course provides comprehensive training in chairside CAD/CAM dentistry for dental assistants. Participants will gain hands-on experience with intraoral scanning, crown design, and post-processing techniques for a variety of materials—including e.max, zirconia, and hybrid blocks.
You’ll learn how to operate digital chairside systems (such as CEREC), apply prep and design principles, and finish high-quality milled restorations like inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges. While material selection is determined by the dentist, this course equips assistants with the skills to properly process and polish restorations across all major material types.
The course also covers essential equipment maintenance for scanners, mills, and ovens—making it a true end-to-end CAD/CAM course for the modern dental assistant.
