With hands-on experience as a dental assistant, practice manager, CADCAM specialist, and clinical implementation specialist, I understand the challenges you face. I’ve been there — excited about new technology but overwhelmed when it arrives with only a quick sales demo, maybe a brief follow up training but, no real day-to-day guidance. Those orientations are helpful, but they rarely leave you feeling prepared.
Through every role I’ve held, one thing was always clear: my favorite part of the job was using the fun toys — the scanners, the printers, the design software. The digital side of dentistry made me feel energized, capable, and deeply connected to the work.
Learning digital workflows didn’t just improve my efficiency — it reignited my passion for dentistry.
